What’s the first thing you notice when you land on ETHDO.ME? Probably the stunning visuals. I poured my heart and soul into designing a site that’s exciting, engaging, and downright beautiful to look at—but also super-intuitive. Surprisingly, half of the work was in simplifying: trimming away any fluff so you can quickly grasp what ETHDO.ME is all about without feeling lost in a sea of text. The result? A website that feels sophisticated yet effortless to navigate.

While ETHDO.ME’s front end might look like a digital art piece come to life, the real magic is happening in the backend. I’ve built a robust system designed to handle everything from organizing team members and volunteers to scheduling events and managing sponsor communications—all in one place.

Fast and Easy Login

Want to jump right in? ETHDO.ME/join/ makes it effortless to create an account:

• Web3 Wallet: Connect virtually any wallet (with WalletConnect).
• Email Sign-Up: Don’t have a wallet yet? No problem. An account is automatically created for you, complete with a non-custodial wallet so you can rack up points, tokens, and NFTs by playing quests.

This flexible login means anyone can get involved—whether you’re a seasoned BUIDLer, crypto-curious, or completely new to Web3.

ETHDO.ME Application System v2

This is the core of everything: a way for the ETHDenver community to get directly involved in co-creating the ETHDO.ME experience. We’ve broken it down into 6 unique applications, each tailored to different types of contributors:

• Artist — Visual artists and VJs who want to share their art on ETHDO.ME or our holographic displays.
• Mentor — Knowledgeable folks eager to share wisdom with new and experienced BUIDLers.
• Workshop — Speakers and facilitators who want to host unique and immersive workshops.
• Volunteer — Awesome humans willing to donate time and energy to make ETHDO.ME shine.
• Musician — DJs or musicians who want to rock out on our Funktion One sound system.
• Maker Project — BUIDLers who want to showcase their creations at ETHDenver.

Every application triggers an email confirmation (complete with an application ID) and notifies both the ETHDenver and ETHDO.ME teams for review. After that, a few clicks let us reject, request more info, shortlist, or accept. Once approved, applicants get access to a Co-creator Dashboard, which becomes their one-stop shop for communication, scheduling, and relevant tools.

The Sponsor Section

Sponsors are the lifeblood of ETHDenver, and we’ve rolled out the red carpet for them:

• Browse the ETHDO.ME Deck: Find all the info about sponsorship packages.
• Easy Sponsor Meeting Scheduling: Hop on a call to iron out goals and details.
• Sign the Sponsor Agreement: Choose from four unique packages to suit their organization’s vision.
• Payments: Pay with credit card, bank transfer, Ethereum, USDT, or even $spork!
• Sponsor Onboarding: Once everything’s official, the sponsor enters their info, uploads logos, etc.

Finally, sponsors get their own Sponsor Dashboard, serving as a centralized hub for project updates, creative asset downloads, schedules, and direct communication.

Maker Meetup RSVP System

Getting hands-on with your creativity is part of the ETHDO.ME spirit! If you’re eager to dive into some pre-ETHDenver action, we’ve got you covered:

• Free Meetup Tickets: Grab a ticket for our Pre-ETHDenver Maker Meetups on Jan 18, Jan 25, and Feb 1 (12–5 pm at Gypsy House Cafe).
• QR Code Ticket: Once you sign up, you’ll get an emailed QR code—easy peasy.

Quests Before the Big Day - ETHDenver 2025!

1. “Prepare for Blast-off!”
   A Regenerate Super Hero Themed onboarding Quest where users set up the tools they’ll need for ETHDenver, unlocking the first clues about our underlying story.
2. “Quest for 1,000,000 Meals”
   We’ve partnered with Joy’s Kitchen, a local nonprofit rescuing and distributing food to 20,000+ people each month—for free! The goal? Provide 1,000,000 meals from ETHDenver. Along the way, users learn about our food system and discover ways to make a positive impact.

Every action on ETHDO.ME is connected to a gaming engine that rewards you with points, making the entire experience even more engaging!
